What is a WBL Small Group?
In short, our small groups are a facilitator driven, WBL leader-led group of working women who are committed to studying God’s word together. Most of our small groups meet in a woman’s workplace during the lunch hour or another agreed upon time to strengthen their understanding of who God is and what His word has to say.
Our desire is for every small group participant to benefit from forming deep connections with a diverse group of like-minded women while gaining support and guidance through life’s challenges with biblical truth.
Why Participate?
As a participant of a WBL small group, the WBL leader will guide you through thoughtful study and transparent discussion. While growing in knowledge of scripture, your heart and your mind will be transformed leading to a greater understanding of who God is, His son Jesus and yourself so that you can love Him and other more deeply.

Interested in starting a Small Group?
- Pray about assembling a group of women from inside or outside your workplace, including women who know Jesus and those who may not.
- Seek approval from those necessary to verify space may be used within the office.
- Decide on the day, time, and space for the study.
- Contact WBL Interim Director Emma to discuss:
- A start date, time, and location
- The role of the facilitator
- The role of the study leaders
